Rude, rude, rude i called to ask about a coin and without even looking at it he said i dont deal with those coins.

I called over the phone to ask them a question and they were really rude and disrespectful when I asked them a question on a necklace I walked in and the young man didn't great me nor did he look at me.

We had a wonderful visit to this store. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Got my daughter neckless custom made here, and they did a beautiful job on it. I was very pleased with the work that was done on it, especially by the deadline I needed it on. Highly recommended.

We went in with some old coins today and it was quite obvious that we were bothering them and wasting their time. Our coins were pre-screened and then the owner was called to the front. Things only got worse... We had everything organized, separated and labeled in envelopes (this took 4 of us many hours) and the owner tore open all the labeled bags and left everything in a jumbled mess. Again, he really wanted us to know that we were obviously wasting his time and how dare we interrupt his day. Business must be good enough for them that they can treat people rudely, with disrespect, and like you are a complete annoyance. We will take our business elsewhere...

I walked in expecting the worst...to my surprise,...i was warmly welcomed and was immediately helped by the owner and his son, i think it was his son. They were very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and most important, respectful, which in my view trumps everything. I highly recommend Gillio rare coins...great job!!!...remember, respect and kindness along with listening can go a long way...they meet all three characteristics. Highly recommended. J.
