Bob was not professional he grabbed my coin and slapped it in his hand and said "yep you can spend it" don’t go to bob!

Worst experience I ever had ! After I turned down his lowball offer 200 under spot for a gold coin he proceeded to slam my coin on his counter and slid it around scratching it badly ! I would expect a coin dealer to know how to handle coins !!! Also worst prices of any dealer in the Inland empire !!! He was charging 10$ over spot plus tax for generic rounds!!! I would highly recommend going to any dealer besides this if you’re looking to buy or sell anything Avoid at all cost !!!

This man DESTROYED my boluva watch in hopes I'd sell him the scraps of my 14 kt gold casing that's was now worthless. I can't believe the unprofessional conduct of this store owner. You should encourage people to come back to your store not run them off. Im having a baby girl soon and I had to sell my coin collection, which I'm sure made him plenty of money and he still treated me so poorly. UNBELIEVABLE NEVER COME HERE HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DESTROY YOUR ITEMS.

Yesterday, I spent some time looking at coins at Fontana coin shop . Very clean and organized. Person at counter was a nice person and very helpful. This shop has that old time feel to it. Thank you Bob for the items I purchased and I look forward to visiting again. Tom

Yup, Yes 🤔 , I just left this very clean & well maintained fontana coin shop. the older man was very straightforward, no nonsense & too busy to warm up to & yes, i forget that this is a business, not a greet your potential customer with a smile amusement park 🤡.
