First after being lowballed by competition with better reviews for goods I was selling I tried this shop. Not just did I get a better vibe from Mike he offered me a very fair quote for my goods. You can't rely on reviews alone. Some lower reviews might be because I can see how Mike might be seen as gruff. He seems like someone who might have fought in the Vietnam war treacherous battles, but I'd rather have that with an honest and straightforward businessman than someone shady. These small businesses actually do a great service buying your metal when the value is volatile and having to deal with large amounts of cash, it can't be easy. Owner was mean and rude. He won’t follow the commonly trade rules most coin dealers follow. Not very smart. He doesn’t even know what GSR is. He told me my 999 silver bars are fake, while other LCS told me they’re genuine. I think he tried to rip me off. Never go there again.— PhanhTomm *, Jan 2026
