They don't really give you what the coin is worth I don't know where they get their information , but they wanted to pay me 2 $ for a lot of coins they weighed them and offered 2 bucks.

Do you have a phone number you could give me for a customer who buys gold-plated stones?

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was treated like a celebrity. I interrupted a lunch departure yet both men delayed leaving to help me. I was made to feel comfortable from start to finish.

I came in a few days ago with 3 rolls of %40 half dollars. And the man helping me would only pay $1.00 per coin. Silver melt at the time was $3.35 per coin. I asked if I could at least get $2.00 per coin. But was told no. I had to fix my car and I was depending on the money from the rolls. Won’t go there again.

It's really just heartening and truly disappointing to see so many really terrible reviews and the man that was only given a dollar for 40% silver when the melting amount was $3.35 and then there's other reviews also but that one right there alone makes you realize you are not dealing with honorable men or women at this location. The reviews that are not terrible sound as if they are basically Friends of the owners and are just putting on a very general note that you know everything was good experience but they don't give any particulars and they certainly don't give any particulars about the knowledge of the people that work there and the fair price that they would have gotten for whatever coins so it looks as if it's padded with good reviews but the real reviews are all negative. And that's truly not good and the fact there's no phone number is just a terrible. I would have called instead of writing this notice but then I went ahead and read all of the reviews and they're pathetic. If Cameron who says he is the owner in one of the replies with a K by the way not with a C I'm doing this by voice activation is really interested in having good customers then he needs to put a phone number on his ad and not expect customers to give their number and he'll call back. That is absolutely pathetic. There should be a phone number on his listing alone and certainly even given money replies to people. The lack of honor is way too high for me to have anything to do with the company. I would say to be very careful if you do choose to go there I would say go to Santa Clarita and they have a few places to choose from I went to one and it's still there and I can't think of the street it's off of oh south of the street where Trader Joe's is and it's maybe 3 and it's maybe 3 or 4 or 5 minutes south of that. Do not go here to sell coins. They’re just another shady we buy gold and rip you off pawn shop. They only buy coins based on intrinsic value and offer under spot price on all coins that carry a premium. They buy under spot and resale at the premium price. They have no price list for what they will pay. They said they need to see the coin to quote a price but everything that was shown was worth way more than spot. They only pay 93% of spot no matter what the coin is. NOT A COIN SHOP. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS JUST ANOTHER SHADY PAWN SHOP. They even admitted they’re just a pawn shop when they told me to leave and go to another pawn shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Do not go there they will burn you. I had $150 silver dollar MS 64 and she offered $30 and I’ve had other bad experience with them. They will try to take your money and burn you do not go there. You’re better off going to a pawn shop.
