I ordered a ring on April 7 (4 months ago) which I paid for, was told it would arrive in 7-10 days and never got a call back. Called them multiple times for weeks and I felt like they kept giving me the run around , every time they told me it should get there in a few days. Beautiful jewelry, unbeatable prices! Purchased a elegant gold chain from here months ago, unfortunately it snapped into two (w/ the help of my baby niece). I tried to sell my silver coins, but they only want to pay the spot price minus what ever below spot price. I know businesses have to make money, but i brought at least $400 worth of silver spot price. They offered $160 so i did not sell the price was to low. Also I was told they have great price for sell. The great price was 1/10 oz of silver for $20, and a 1 oz silver for $75. I wasted time going there to be disappointed. To charge customers 3 to 5 times the silver price is almost criminal to me.
