I had an amazing experience with customer service about a month ago. I brought in my grandmother's ring for repairs and needed to confirm whether a fish pendant was 18K. I wanted a better center stone for my ring, as an upgrade. I came to Babylon and David found the right diamond, lab grown, at a fraction of the price of a natural diamond, with very high quality. I'm so happy with it! He selected the perfect size to be in proportion with the ring band and my hand size. He even put white gold prongs around the diamond, which gives it a better appearance. David is honest and professional.
