I understand the precious metals market is volatile (especially silver). I called to see what they are paying for junk silver, I have 180 circulated Rosevelt dimes I want to sell and am calling around to find the best price. Again, I understand that the price given over the phone can change by the time I actually arrive to the store. I've called 3 other places before this and non of them had any issue giving me their melt purchase price. they kept saying they don't give quotes over the phone. I wasn't looking for a quote! I wasn't going to hold you to the price over the phone. The silver market is very volatile, like you kept repeating over and over. I was just trying to see who was offering a good price at the time of my call. So they cut me off and say they are actually with a customer right now and hung up. So why even take the call if you are with a customer?! If I was that customer in the store and the associate who was helping me stepped away to take a call I'd be mad. Poor service all around. You lost a potential customer.

Excellent customer service. I was helped out by Nick. He helped me Authenticate a few silver/collector coins that I have been hanging on too.. He gave me tips on which oneI should hang onto and get graded for future investments. If you come in get his help, he’s legit. I also sold a small gold 10k cross medallion and after some back-and-forth. We settled on cash and I.was satisfied with the end results.

Once again Stephanie helped me get what I needed done, she is always super polite & friendly when I walk in. Never had any issues and if I did I know she would help me resolve it ! Stephanie is honestly the best & only person I will go to at the shop! Also George I believe his name was very nice and helpful as well! Best pawn shop ever & the only shop I go to for all my needs! Manager treats both employees and customers poorly, and the store has zero integrity. I have no plans of returning, and I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. I called ahead about an item listed online and offered $225. The manager countered with $250. I drove an hour to the store, told an employee what the manager had said, and the employee—who was incredibly kind and helpful—told me they could actually offer $235. I agreed and completed the purchase. A few minutes later, the employee approached me looking uncomfortable and explained that the manager had confronted her, demanding she either collect the full $250 or void the sale and take the item back. I spoke directly with the manager and explained everything. Their exact response was: “I don’t care what the employee told you. Pay more or I’ll refund your money, take the item back and you can leave.” This manager not only refused to honor the agreement made by their own staff, but did so in an aggressive, dismissive way. They don’t deserve the great employees they have, and they certainly don’t deserve customers’ time, trust, or money. It’s incredibly shortsighted—and frankly unethical—to mistreat a customer and your own employee over a mere $15. They’ve convinced me to spends hundreds or thousands in the future at other stores and I suggest others avoid this place if they value honesty or basic respect.
