Went this past February 25', determined to purchase something after an unfortunate loss of all my jewelry. The gentleman there (saw me enter) but he continued working in the back. The woman who assisted me didn't give off friendly customer service. Anyone else would have politely left. Dealing w/her demeanor had me feeling obligated & was thinking-w/all my questions she's probably thinking I'm wasting her time. So I bought a necklace. Still, no ice broken there, salutations, nothing.

Highly recommend. I was referred here. So figuring I had nothing to lose, I took some jewelry to sell and the estimates they gave beat the others! I was impressed by the honesty, integrity & professionalism. It was then I realized that the other places have been ripping me off. Lesson learned! They have a nice variety of jewelry (gold and silver). This will be my go-to place for buying and selling, repairing, whatever!

I have been going to Frank for over 35 years. He is amazing! He's fixed, replaced stones, changed clasps, made my wedding rings as well as other custom pieces. I've had him duplicate earrings when I have lost one and couldn't tell which was the original when I received them. My diamond earrings which my husband paid $2000 for he replaced for $500, twice! There isn't anything he can't do and it's always perfect! Most importantly he's 100% honesty.

Very accommodating , Frank has been doing stuff for me for 33 yrs. He is meticulous and helpful. Very honest about how something will look and in his dealings. I have referred many friends. I highly recommend American Gold Exchange

After my husband died, I took our gold bands to Frank who agreed to melt them down and make me a ring with our shared initial. He and his staff were so patient with my confusion about what I wanted, my crying, my sentiments. I'm so happy with the result.

First off frank and his assistants are all very friendly and professional. We came to him off a recommendation. I had an idea that I envisioned for my wedding band, one that I had not seen anywhere online or in stores. He brought this ring to life for us and I couldn't be happier. Frank recommended a comfort fit as well, so even being 11mm wide, it's perfect for everyday wear if I choose. We were so happy with it, my fiance picked out a flat gold wedding band to match. They resized, polished and engraved them both in shop. Safe to say we found our new jeweler for life.
