Dude really yapped with another customer for like 15 minutes, then after he got done yapping he tried to raise the price of what I was looking for by over 100 percent because the "other guys have it priced that way". 🤣 Buddy doesn't even know what he's talking about or what he's selling. Found what I was looking for for $15 shipped elsewhere.

Jeff has been the most helpful and understanding when it comes to customer service. It's quite impressive how knowledgeable he is. He really does his best to help and when he can't, he tells us and explains why. Thanks Jeff. You're awesome and the shop is awesome

Overpriced. Not-professional and bad policies. Overpriced example they have a schecter reaper 7 for $800. You can buy the same guitar for $629 with better support online. Could pay hundred more. Another Epiphone Les Paul classic at $400, find online $315. I was looking at item over $800 and they refused to give me 10% off. Some of the inventory was for sale, but they wanted to transfer it to another store so they wouldn’t sell it to me. That was just stupid and funny they’re going to transfer to sell it, but not sell it here. There’s a dog that they have that was barking nearly non-stop while I was in the store and I couldn’t about anything the person was saying. It was annoying and unprofessional. On my way out the employee was on the phone telling someone “listen, don’t take this to court as it won’t be worth it.” Sounds like they ripped someone off and are trying to damage control. I recommend going somewhere more professional and better for customers.
