A++++ These guys are EXCELLENT! I had no idea how the pawn process works when I walked in. A gentleman (whose name I neglected to get) was very courteous & patient. He explained exactly how the process works, and answered all my questions. The shop was immaculate. As a bonus, the music playing was great (ya can't go wrong with Peter Gabriel). Hopefully I won't have to pawn anything in the future, but if I do, these are my go-to guys. THANK YOU!

These people do not keep their word. I stopped in and asked about a guitar and whether they would take $300 for it. They agreed—multiple times. I told them I’d like to test it first and then go to the ATM. They even mentioned there was an ATM down the street. Since they didn’t have a cable to test the guitar, I told them I had one in my car and went to grab it. When I came back, they suddenly changed the price to $375. I reminded them they had already agreed to $300. Their response was essentially, “Yeah, but we’re not doing that, $375.” While standing at the counter, the manager avoided eye contact and stared past me doing nothing for extended time, I was ignored until someone else finally stepped in. The customer service here is awful. On top of that, this shop is overpriced across the board. A few examples: Yamaha 01V mixer: $400, dirty and missing parts. These sell online for $260 shipped in much better condition. JVC GY-HD110 camcorder: $1,500 here, around $780 shipped elsewhere. Fender Starcaster: $265 here, about $190 shipped online in better condition. This was the case with nearly every item I looked at. They’re also unfriendly and dismissive toward customers. I watched them tell another person trying guitars, “If you’re not going to buy it, don’t try it.” When I asked about items behind the counter that I couldn’t see a model or price on, they were reluctant to help, interrupted me repeatedly, and made it difficult to get basic information. When you say goodbye, they don’t respond, no eye contact, no acknowledgment. It feels like they’d rather sit behind their computer than interact with customers. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Don’t visit this store.
BEST pawn shop in town dude for real. Great loan pricing/reasonability, honest business and lots of random cool stuff in store for sale people previously sold or pawned. William especially was awesome and oscar was helpful and cool too GENUINELY I HIGHLY recommend doing business here, they do stuff the right way.. properly and business-like. A+
