The last two times I went there they were closed during normal business hours. Edit prompted by unprofessional business response: Not trying to be mean, just posting honest review to warn others. I can read the posted lunch time signs. It wasn't lunch (GPS receipt) and instead of addressing a legitimate concern from a customer you get your feelings hurt. I was being kind by not posting the negative experiences I've had when I was able to actually get in (with receipts). If a customer is dissatisfied, good customer service should address the problem, not aggrevate it. Last straw for me - Never coming back now.

I have been to a lot of coin shops. This is my favorite place to buy and sell. They know what they are doing and don’t waste my time. Their prices are better than some wholesalers I deal with. Great job.

I never had the opportunity or need to utilize this business services, but am compelled to write this review in relation to an employee there. I had a very negative experience at the Arby's at 35th Ave & Glendale, one of MANY there. As I was leaving the drive thru, very angry and perturbed, I got out of my vehicle to look inside to see if what they were stating about being very busy, was true and as to why I had to wait so long to order and get my order, 15+ minutes. There were 4 people in the restaurant! However, because I had such an aggravating experience and had to wait so long, after paying for my order (reluctantly, I should have just drove off as I had thought about doing) I apparently didn't put my wallet back in my pocket and left it in my lap as I had to wait so long for them to take my payment. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this for about 90 minutes, until after we ate dinner and I had taken my Dogs to the Dog Park, and stopped to make a purchase and didn't have my wallet. I went back to Arby's and asked if anyone had turned in a wallet they found in the parking lot, knowing the chances of someone turning it in were next to nil as there are MANY homeless that loiter in that area. I spent hours afterward 'freezing', deactivating the numerous high limit credit cards, in addition to over $400 in cash, it was a nightmare within a nightmare! I also made a Police report regarding the loss of my wallet in case someone might have turned it in to them. However, for some reason, despite my fear that I would NEVER get any sleep that night, I was surprisingly able to fall right asleep which I realized the next morning that was VERY odd. I later told Jess Underberg, an employee at the Coin Gallery, that 'Our Father', had bestowed a sense of calm upon me because HE KNEW, that a 'Saint' had intervened in this situation. Mr. Jess Underberg had told me as he was leaving the drive thru he noticed "something on the pavement of the parking lot" and seen it was a wallet and retrieved it. Mr. Underberg had the wherewithal to notice my Drivers License in the 'window' of the wallet and had at some point came to my residence and left his business card, suggesting I contact him, on all the 4 vehicles parked in the spaces behind my Townhouse building, 3 of which were mine. I noticed them when I took my Dogs out that morning. I was in shock, knowing what that was all about. I contacted Mr Underberg, who stated he found my wallet but because he wasn't sure which unit was actually mine he didn't go knocking on doors, for fear of 'bothering people'. The entirety of my wallet was returned to me and although Mr Underberg was quite reluctant, I provided him a well deserved 'reward' for what he had done for me. The purpose of this review: in the 'times' that we live in, a 'find' like Mr Underberg, encountered, even THE MOST honest, ethical person, I am confident, would second think 'giving up' such a 'sweet find'. As I had believed, someone probably found it, took the cash and tossed the remainder out the window of a vehicle or in a trash can and no one would ever know or find it! It SPEAKS VERY LOUD of Mr Underberg's Honesty, Personal Values and Ethic to go above and beyond the way he did to return property of another he had found. I cannot convey any more resoundingly, and my reasoning for this review, how it speaks of him that a persons honesty, values and ethics truly show, "when no one is looking, or would ever know, whether or not he did the right thing". If only this world we live in, had more people, such as Mr Jess Underberg!

this is my one and only coin store that i buy and sell from before i went to them i had been to at least 6 to 8 other stores and was not overly impressed by any of them i actually felt that most of them stuck it to me with no lube i had done my homework on some coins i wanted to sell and didn't get what i thought was a fair price so i just bagged up my coins and went somewhere else the first time i went into the coin gallery i dealt with tim he was very passionate about the coins taking time and giving me a little history on each of the coins he is very knowledgeable in the coin department he would give me a price and if i had a predetermined price that i looked up in a book and he was on the low side he would explain why his price was lower and show me the defects in the coins i have been dealing with these people for almost 3 years and can't say anything bad about them now im at the point that i just hand tim a bag of coins and let him work his magic while i look around at the other coins thats how much i trust him you don't need to waste your time checking out other stores you have everything you need right at the coin gallery

Closed to the general public notice on front door. Looks like they are whole sale only? Not sure, not very welcoming either way.

I had some Silver Dollars that were pre 1965 and have never sold coins before. I inherited coins after my father passed away. I was told that silver was at the highest levels ever. I found this place because it was the closest place to me. I took 20 of them to the store and a young man looked through my coins and said he could not take the 1966 one so I only sold 19 of them. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. After he paid me for the 19 pre 1966 coins I was paid in cash and went to my car. When I left the store and got in my car I looked at the fine print at the bottom of the receipt and it said I was paid at the price of 99,90 per ounce. I looked up the spot price on the internet and it said 102.00. I feel I was ripped off.
