I had been looking for just the right ring to take home as a Momento and Ann had searched in multiple locations around Sedona. We happened upon laid-back jewelry, and I found what I was looking for. Great prices great service I would highly recommend it!!
This place is amazing! The customer service is great and the owner Jim is any awesome guy! He goes out of his way to help people, I was in a huge predicament and needed to get to Phoenix and even though he wasn't wanting to buy anything are the time he went ahead and bought the knife that I was selling just so I could get to the hospital in Phoenix where my daughter had been flown to.
Had my grandmothers wedding set redone for my wedding and it turned out beautifully. It looks like a brand new ring but with maintained sentimental detail. It’s absolutely beautiful and I’m absolutely inlove with it

This review is long overdue, but I must share! Christi did an amazing job switching the center stone from my grandmother's wedding ring to this beautiful setting for me! She was even able to add a few rounds from the old setting, on each side of the center stone on the new one. I am so grateful for all the hard work and carfulness she put into working on these rings. I now get to have this beautiful heirloom piece that I will cherish forever!
