My dad and I visited this establishment for a watch repair/service. My elderly father explained he traveled far since no one in his town in New Mexico was able to help him. I called in advance to get a rough quote which was very affordable in my opinion. After the quick service, the repair man said no charge due to the inconvenience my father experienced. I politely offered to tip the repair man and he kindly refused. Also, this establishment was open prior to 11 am on Sunday (all other watch repair shops were open after 11 am).
