disappointed in their customer service. tried to ask questions about their product but they have no idea what they’re selling. if i’m gonna spend $1000 on jewelry i’m gonna need at least some confirmation its real.

I went to sell some of my old jewelry. I had never done it before. Tom spent time with my son and I and answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful and he was very knowledgeable. I was more than pleased with the money I received! I will definitely go back with coins and other things! I highly recommend!

First Time Seller: Called in at 9:33am on 01/14/2026, to ask a simple question and the first response was I am getting a call from my boss, I'll call you later. Fifteen minutes later I call back and the gentleman answers rudely and I said did you still want my business since I am ready now. Gentleman says do not be "Snarky" to me on the phone and rudely hangs up. This business lost two sales, one small one big for totaling 6.7k in business. Will be going elsewhere where professionalism is standard and communication is key. BEWARE!!!
