I enjoyed my experience and quick service at PRECIOUS ELEMENTS JEWELRY! They fixed an old piece of jewelry fir me so I now wear it again.

Decided to sell some jewelry and silver coins, lucked out in finding Precious Elements Jewelry and Coin. We ended up visiting them twice. Both times we had wonderful experiences. We had a chance to work with Hannah, Ashton and Michelle. All three were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone is relaxed, excited to help, personable and knowledgeable. The best thing is there is no pressure. Not only do they buy back, they also have beautiful items to purchase and will also craft jewelry you want. During both visits, return customers arrived selling, buying and wanting an item made. To me returning customers says it all. Totally recommend!

I'm not familiar with this area so by chance found this gem of a jewelry store. I only needed a ring measurement with no intent of making a purchase. They were very willing and so helpful with my request of which I was very grateful. So friendly and professional. I couldn't help but note all the beautiful turquoise pieces.

Called a couple days ago and spoke to a lady about wanting to sell some native pieces. I called to confirm the process/ tell them about my silver pieces and if they took walk ins. She confirmed they do but that they would need to see the pieces in person to evaluate them and couldn’t do it over the phone. Understandable. I show up today and the gentleman there tells me they are not taking any native or sterling silver pieces. Super frustrating and such a waste of time since I live 30 mins out. I wish the lady on the phone could have told me that before I wasted the gas and my time by leading me to believe they were taking silver. Cherry on top is that they have a huge sign on their window saying they buy silver and gold. Apparently a complete lie.

I went in armed only with the desire to trade in a bunch of silver for gold and awareness of the current gold/silver ratio. Anything beyond that (spot prices, premium pieces, etc) was far outside of my knowledge. So I was a prime target to get ripped off, basically. Ashton explained exactly what I had and what I could trade for, and I didn't question him at all. Most people would have sensed that I didn't know what I was doing and ran with it, but that didn't happen here. I verified everything he told me when I got home, and not a single lie detected. Honesty goes a long, long way with me, and that's exactly what they gave me. I'll be a loyal returning customer.

It was a pleasure doing business with the staff at Precious Elements. From the top down, Hannah and her team are top notch and a true asset to the community they serve. I was extremely impressed with my dealings with Ashton. He is an exceptional young man with a large knowledge of precious metals. He was very kind and courteous with me and explained many things and helped guide me through the process of selling my gold. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Precious Elements!

Had the pleasure of doing business with Ashton. He was professional, quick and knowledgeable. I received a very fair price on the items I sold. I highly recommend this place, they give you top value for your precious metals. I will definitely be back, they earned a life long customer. Also it is worth mentioning the store manager, I forgot her name is very friendly as well. I received on the spot payment from her.

My sisters and I came to Precious Elements to sell silver flatware, serving pieces, and jewelry that belonged to our mom. Michelle helped us determine what was sterling and what was plated. Ashton took over to appraise the jewelry and give us a quote on everything. They were both helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Most importantly, they answered all our questions, explained their reasoning, and gave us honest opinions on what to do with the items they didn’t want to purchase. I would absolutely do business with them again.
