Well this has been a truly Fantastic experience, meeting the staff at Phoenix Pawn & Gold is very impressive. I'm unaware if mentioning, by name, of the Lady I met is appropriate, Buttt, She was So kind & cordial, I don't feel that it could have gone any better !! Plenty of like stores have indifferent attitudes towards Folks that use this industry, however, I'm certain I was treated fairly AND definitely will be back, You -B Well.

I went in before the holidays looking to sell some gold pieces and from the moment I got there I was greeted so nicely and I was taken care of quickly. Janet helped me out and she was so nice, very professional and we kept a good conversation. Plus, I got a great deal on my pieces, 10/10 would recommend!
