Well Robbie i was set at three stars until i went through all of your "5 STAR" reviews... The more i read the more i felt cheated! Cheated by means of robbing me of this great professional and top notch customer service experience that seems to happen to alot of people that come thru your shop. I personally dont see that level with Robbie. Maybe i cought him on a bad day, or maybe he just has that many heavy hitters he doesn't need to bother with the smaller silver sellers, as myself. I was a little disappointed with what I was paid for my items today. Over the summer, I had been told what a few items were worth but unfortunately the place couldn’t buy it at the time. So I looked at reviews and read what a great job this place has done. Today when I went in he told me what he would buy and not buy which was great. However he just gave me an overall price for my items he didn’t tell me what he would buy for each item. It was my fault for not asking how much for each item. If I was to do it again I would’ve asked questions, because I honestly actually left feeling swindled. I also felt if I was a guy or had one with me I would have been given a better price.
