I gave it one star because one they were nice and courteous, but there products where not good or even decent quality, and they shorted my friend 3dollars on the return. They did have great deals and layaway plans so you pay cheap you get cheap.

I had gone in to buy an Xbox one S it was a great deal it was 65 but because of a labor Day sale it was 58. I was so excited they NEVER offered or mentioned any kind of warranty in case it didn't work. Then 3 days later my Xbox shuts off and won't turn on or stay on. So I go back to the pawn shop and I tell them I don't know what happened and it won't turn on. He tells me he'll take a look and that they always test them before they sell them. He goes to turn it on and of course it won't, then he tells me cause I didn't have peace of mind they could t do anything I said what's that he said the warranty. I said no one offered that to me and he was like I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. I understand policy but not offering a warranty and then not abiding by the fact that it was never offered. And he kept telling me that they do test them but 5 mins isn't going to confirm there's not an issue with the system. I don't leave reviews often but I will not be going back I had a friend who also went and bought and Xbox series x and he asked about a warranty and they discouraged him from getting it 3 days later his Xbox did not work and they wouldn't do anything to help him. I would not recommend going to this pawn shop chain in general.

Jefe Hutch gave me an incredible deal on a Series S. I wasn't planning on making a purchase today, but I just couldn't pass this up. He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and I'll be back!

This is the best pawn shop in town! Every single one of the employees is extremely polite, helpful, and always looking to help you out! Whether you’re coming in to get some cash or looking for a good deal, they will do what they can to make sure you leave happy. I refuse to go anywhere else for my pawn shop needs!!

Raving Fan! No pawn shop treats you with the customer service detail as I had just experienced. If at all possible this will be my go to Pawn and they have nice firearms too. Just saying... To me this level of customer service was worthy of mentioning.
