I’ve been shopping at Miniso since it opened. I definitely bought the ENTIRE Barbie collection when it was released. Although Barbie is no longer available, they do offer an array of different styles, accessories and characters. Perfect place for anyone who loves cute Asian goods. The prices are really fair and solid for being mostly branded goods in the store. Quality depends on the product which is typical of any store but its mostly great quality. I went the first week they were open and the employees did a great job keeping the place clean and stocked despite obviously a lot of business. It feels rather small compared to other ones I've been to but they still have a great selection! I enjoyed some of the music while I wandered around but honestly, who goes to a store to listen to music they play over the speakers? When I sign up in minoso , they say you’ll get your birthday gift every year and November this month I go there they didn’t give me any birthday gift. They have cute items but horrible cashiers. I got a powerpuff girl water bottle that apparently was supposed to have a straw. I didn't know until I got home where I found a straw accessory and had to look it up on their website. I was also charged for an extra makeup puff set that wasn't in my bag. I hope that I'll either get a refund or the items purchased when I inevitably have to go back.
