The female employee was not welcoming. Looked around for several minutes and she didn’t ask if I wanted to see anything, very short when I asked questions as if she didn’t really want to offer more information and was very sarcastic in her commentary overall. The only positive part was she did tell me where the nearest public restroom was, thankful for that after the drive from Vegas. Overall, I wish we would’ve skipped as the customer service wasn’t worth the stop. I brought in my ring that I had previously purchased and the owner had inspected it and made sure that the stone was still tight in the setting.
