Excellent experience. Came here for a souvenir when on a 2019 vacation in the state of Arizona. Touring the area when I thought I would come in here. There are insanely excellent views of the valley in this historic building The lady who runs this place is so kind, and helpful with helping us choose what we wanted. The gifts here are amazing quality, and are really unique for this town.
Very very rude woman that works here. My daughter was trying on jackets I was buying 3 of the same jacket for my 3 daughters. My daughter dropped one (that I intended on buying) as I was picking it up I was yelled at by the lady with dark hair. I nicely told her I was buying it and my mom said my daughter dropped it on accident and she then proceeded to yell at us to get out of the store. So unprofessional. I did not deserve to be treated with such little respect from the lady. Very disappointed 😞 was my first time in Jerome and she definitely made me feel not welcome.
I highly recommend, custom work, hand made, beautiful jewelry. I have had many custom items done for family they are always thrilled. Rick H. does outstanding work. A must stop when visiting Jerome. Store attached has so many unique gifts.
