Glenn is an honest man and offered me a fair price for my precious metals. I had an emergency issue with a pet and needed quick cash for my precious metals. He not only gave me a fair price, but showed compassion towards my personal situation. He even made me a special offer if I wanted to buy back what I sold him due to his empathy towards my specific situation. He was extremely personable and true to his word. We agreed on a price before I even met him in person. I met him a couple hours later and had a check in hand in minutes. I enjoyed and appreciate the conversation we had Glenn. Glenn is a gem! It turns out I was looking for something other than what Glenn offers, though I didn't know that until meeting with Glenn today. Even knowing he wasn't making a dime, he still took time to talk me through things, show my some beneficial information, and even gave me another business to go to, complete with address and phone number (a large competitor who offers many services). He went above and beyond for someone who was offering him no business. Wow! Stand up guy, full of integrity! I highly recommend!
Glenn seems like a nice guy and this may be a great place to buy gold but I took in a couple of pieces of gold jewelry to see what he would pay for them. So far he is the lowest offer I have received which includes two jewelry stores. I don’t think his claim of paying the best prices is remotely true and if you are selling then I would get quotes at multiple other places. I will update this review if I find someone that actually offers me less.
I have had repeat business with Glen at Goodyear Gold, and I have had a great experience. He is honest, very understanding and easy to work with(Super nice guy!). His accuracy and assurance in verifying items with his machine, makes the process simple. No hassle. I would highly recommend him to anyone and continue to come back and use his services.
It’s been a very long time since I’ve been this happy with a purchase. The seller has honest, fair pricing, quick fast and secure shipping. What’s not to love? They also have a very unique selection of inventory. I look forward to shopping with them more.
