10/10 customer service. Extremely friendly and kind. Replaced my battery in less than 10 min and even replaced a worn out pin in one of my watch links for free. He knows his trade and had me on my way in no time.
Beautiful repairs! The owner worked with my deadline to get items back, was incredibly knowledgeable about all the items I inquired about, and a very happy person who will be a return the customer.
Rami❤️is one of the nicest and warmest person I have ever met. He changed my wristwatch battery for $15. There was one time he changed my battery for free because I mentioned to him that one of my previous wristwatch’s battery was changed by someone else and it stopped working several times. From now on, I prefer Rami to change my wristwatches’ batteries. Highly recommended!
These guys crack me up , they are so funny and chill and were able to deal fairly with me over the purchase of my bracelet, it was a quick in and out process as well! I will for sure be bringing them more in the future. Thanks guys
