One the best places I have ever worked with! The staff and Jess have always been fantastic and have worked with me since the last few years of my life been hard. They always been kind and fair with me and worked with me. Honestly, it’s very refreshing to have people still treat you like a human being and helping with getting extra money during my cancer treatments. It’s nice to see a place and people have morals and can treat others with compassion and understanding. I been working with them last two years and I navel had issues! They are very knowledgeable and fair! 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Came in looking to get in on the gold craze and was greeted by Jesse right away. He took his time showing me everything from gold bars to chains—and then brought out the real showstoppers. What really stood out was how down-to-earth and knowledgeable he was. I was shocked to find out he was the owner! You don’t get that kind of service or vibe everywhere. This is definitely my go-to spot for gold in Flagstaff. I highly recommend checking it out!

Went to Flagstaff Pawn today to trade in some gold and silver and I had the best experience at a pawn shop that I've ever had!! Kirsten helped me and explained everything to me in great detail....I asked her if she could evaluate my jewelry in front of me and with no hesitation she did so!! I got a super great deal and I'm so grateful for this place!! Oh and did I mention her customer service was out of this world!! I'm definitely going back there because they've got lots to look at.... From TV's to purses, coins and lots of cool firearms too!! Ps... Whiskey the little dog is the cherry on top!!😉
