The two women employees are very friendly and courteous. I had a very special lazor hipicture of my mom and I on a gold heart shaped necklace. It was so faded that in my opinion I was expecting to hear the words, we can not repair it you will have to look into purchasing a new one! I brought in a Chain that needed to be repaired for the second time. I asked them to check all of the links while it was out to be repaired. They went above and beyond by finding a similar new chain that would cost less than having my old one repaired.
