AWFUL!! The lady that was supposed to be helping me was VERY RUDE!!! I simply went in to see if a necklace I was given was gold & if so I wanted to sell it to them. She just rolled her eyes did some test on it & said well it's not gold & I have no idea what it is and rudely tossed it at me. I was just in shock on how an Adult can act that way. Most lovely little jewelry store in the heart of nogales AZ. The owner and her son are a treat to talk to and the pieces she has for sale in her store are top quality and just flat out beautiful! I unfortunately dont have the money to buy anything right now but boy oh boy when I do I am coming right back to border pawn n coin! Though it was a long time ago I have no idea what the bad reviews are talking about because in my experience the people running this business are super nice and experienced.
