I absolutely LOVE Sue's pawn shop. Since moving to Benton a few years ago, I've bought many movies, games, tools, and precious metals from them, and they are run by good, down to earth, and honest people. Plus, they have a shop dog that runs around the place to provide entertainment while shopping. It's always a good day when you get to pet a friendly dog! Their prices are always fair, and in some cases I bought items from them at such a low price it almost felt like I was stealing from them! 😆

I think the most amazing part about Sue's is the vast selection of items they have and most will save you money.

Great company! Family owned and operated. They truly care about their customers and helping people in the community. Whether it’s thru short term loans or selling jewelry at great prices. Highly recommend.

Honestly the older guy here is incredibly rude, I inquired about selling a watch and an interest in buying a ring for my wife. He essentially told me I am poor and dumb that I knew nothing and watches are not sold often. He could have just told me no they didnt buy watches but he went out of his way to insult me and my wife. I would genuinely avoid this place

Used Sue's as FFL for transfer several times. They have always communicated well and the transactions have been smooth. Employees know the process well and answer questions politely. Shopped the used counter a couple times. Made a few offers. Sometimes the reply was yes. Sometimes no. But the answer was polite even if negative.
