Again walked right into SISSYS Log Cabin in Pine Bluff and found some beautiful earrings I just had to have. The service was amazing! I have been doing business with Sissy’s since 1984!

I have made several large purchases from Sissy's in the last year and a half. They sell beautiful jewerly but the service is terrible. I had a diamond band made to match one they had in the store. Because it's a custom piece I paid half up front. When I finally got the ring it wasn't even sized to my finger. Now that's the short story. There is alot more to this story that I will not go into. Right now I am waiting on a customized alterations to a ring I purchased from there last year. I paid my half of the coat deposit and was told it would take 2 weeks. That was over 2 months ago. I called last week to get an update and was told they the diamonds had been on back order of which no one ever let me know. But the diamonds were finally in last week but my ring is still no ready because I spend 30 minutes in person at Sissy's in Pine Bluff today trying to just get my ring and money back. Last week I was promised a return phone call telling me when my ring would be ready. I also requested a refund last week but didn't get that. I have been told it MAY be ready the end of this week. Now I know he has not been working on my ring since last Tuesday when I called. I cannot recommend their services to anyone. I do not want you to have to go thru what I have been thru. If you buy something that is ready to wear that's find but when it comes to sizing or custom work getting ready to spend your money and wait, and wait and wait

Dana went above and beyond to make sure my jewelry repair was to my satisfaction and it was ready earlier than the date given. The repair completed is beautiful. I will definitely be back!

This was THE best shopping experience! Sonya was awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. And Wyatt was amazing. The staff at Sissy’s in Conway provides outstanding customer service; wish each and every business treated their customers as good as they do here. I highly recommend this jewelry store and will definitely do business with them again.

I went in with my engagement ring to be resized and was told it would be around 2 weeks before they could get to it. After explaining I would just come back after the holidays and have it done, the jeweler said she would make it a priority and did! My ring was resized in around 3 hours! Wonderful! But here’s the issue I have with my experience; when I walked in to pick my ring up, the security guard was looking straight at me and commented, “I’m not saying a word”. -all while laughing as he’s walking off. I, of course, felt like something was said about me, my ring, who knows… while I was not present. He was present when I was giving out the info on my ring; where I bought it, worth, etc. before I left it that day. Made a very happy moment into an ok one so that’s why I’m giving the experience a 3. My family has done a lot of business with Sissy’s over the years and I hate this tarnished their reputation with all of us. Thank you to the lady that helped me at the front and the jeweler, they were wonderful.
