Rude staff, questionable prices. I've never stepped into a shop that has felt so hostile before. Everyone seemed annoyed that a customer even step inside.

Had a mishap with a watch I had pawned I sent it back after contacting the shop they took care of it sent me my watch back with a tracking number and even enclosed a reimbursement for my shipping to them they notified me when it was delivered to my house way to go guys

So i was looking for some hvac tools and i stumbled on a marketplace ad and had just what i was looking for. Being that they are in Arkansas and i am in California i would have to get the item shipped. I messaged and got a response in the morning since i messaged late in the evening. TJ answered all my questions and provided me with all the photos i requested. He agreed to ship and even took my credit card as these items come from Pawn Planet. He shipped out the item same day and gave me the tracking info as soon as he had it. When I received the item it was bubbled wrapped and packaged really well. After looking over the items they were as he described and worked as they should. I would buy again from Pawn Planet as TJ was a pleasure to work with.

The owners are Good, ethical people. I am surprised at the kindness and honestly I encountered at this pawn shop. You can tell by the way they conduct business, that they are humble, hard working, God fearing people. I 100% recommend this place to anyone reading this.

Update: Their review response is untrue. When I brought it back, the employee pulled it 4 times and it backfired with starting fluid. He told me he couldn't do anything for me and the carb probably needed rebuilt. I am a small engine mechanic and cut off the end of the gas line and reattached because it was profusely leaking. The point to this review is " they did not go through this generator as they claimed and now a lie to CYA. I LEARNED MY LESSON!! Bought a generator that had a multitude of issues that were not disclosed.I asked when purchased if it had been gone through by a mechanic. She stated we go through them top to bottom. When I got home , it wouldn't start. It had multiple cracked hoses, original sparkplug, and a dirty air filter. Spoke with an employee that told me to bring it back and they would show me how to start it. Drove an hour to their store where another employee pulled it 4 times and wouldn't start. He basically told me good luck and went back in the store! Buyer beware when buying used and they make it sound like it runs like a champ!
