If I were only rating the jewelry, Holly’s Jewelry would be a 5. Unfortunately, customer service is an important part of business. I took my wedding set to Holly 13 months ago and shared that I wanted rings made for my daughters. She knew the style and sizes for the rings 12.5 months ago. After pushed back completion dates for a year, I gave a final pick up date. She had the rings completed and they were beautiful. And, more importantly, my girls love them. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long with so little communication for them to be completed.
Holly and her associates exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism and care for our family jewelry being re-imagined was perfect. 5 star all the way!
We went to Holly's for the first time. Staff very attentive. My wife discovered a ring she had to have. When we picked it up from being sized, Holly explained what was done to keep the ring's integrity. Great experience from beginning to end.
Went in a week ago to get 2 rings, one was priced at 170 and the other was priced at 179, paid about a total of 340 all together and then had to wait for one to be shipped and one to be resized. When we went to go pick up the one that got shipped they wanted us to pay another $200 for ring that was shipped saying the $340 was for just the ring that was resized DESPITE what the reciept listed. Don't shop here, they will rip you off.
Super happy with the customer service and super easy to deal with. Ended up getting a silicone ring for my wife and myself. Thank you so much Holly! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.
