I was not greeted. Two gentlemen in the back just kept talking I had to insert myself in the conversation to ask prices. Was quite rude, and prices were quite ridiculous.
The best pawnshop I have ever had the pleasure of knowing very friendly will work with you on everything I've been doing business with them for a very long time & I just moved back to Arkansas I'll continue doing business with them for as long as I can.
Didn't seem overly eager for my business when I walked in. Felt like I had walked into someone's home at dinner-time since owner was busy chatting with a friend behind counter. Then just gave me a mediocre amount for my grandfather's Elgin pocket watch cause he said he didn't know what it was or wasn't worth, just knows he's sold quite a few for almost nothing! Gave my bf only a fraction of the going price for his items cause he knew he needed the money to pay on one of his pawn tickets! Just a little slimy if ya know what I mean... but one of the only true pawn shops left in the area!
Took in a Honda eu1000i inverter to pawn for $250.00. He asked me 3 times if I put this "White Thing" in myself. The white Thing was the receptacle plug with a small chip on the corner. "White THING" These sell for $899.00 new and if you can find one there $500.00 used. $250.00 was too much for him with the White Thing in it. Good Grief.
Nice fellow and made me a good deal on two rings but, as for gun prices he's extremely high.. almost to the point of laughability..and I know my weapons. I'm not only an avid shooter but, was a pawnbroker for many years as well. Lower your prices, move more stock, draw in a younger crowd willing to spend $$
