I brought in a lot of stuff without an appointment. They were friendly, and professional. Brooke separated items as she evaluated them into groups of gold, silver, gold filled and costume. I was happy and surprised with what they offered me. In the moment, I forgot to specifically ask about a necklace and one ring be separated so the stones could be tested individually because I knew they were real. I would give them 5 stars if they would’ve done that after I pointed that out earlier. I’d do that over but it was still a good offer of cash. I won’t live with regrets. It was all very fair. My jewelry, however sentimental, just sat in a box and I hardly wore any of it anymore. I appreciated the transaction. I would recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Brooke and this jewelry store. I bought what I thought was a tennis bracelet on eBay which turned out it was fake. I needed a professional appraisal fast to support my dispute with my credit card company, so I started calling jewelry stores. I called dozens. Most either said they wouldn’t do appraisals at all, or that it would cost $150+ and take anywhere from one to four weeks. Then I found this store, and Brooke. She didn’t hesitate. Within minutes, she carefully examined the bracelet and provided me with a full, detailed appraisal for free. No attitude, no runaround, no pressure, just genuine kindness and professionalism. Even she explained to me how their pricey testing apparatus were working! Thanks to her, I was able to submit everything I needed and move forward with my dispute. Brooke truly went above and beyond when no one else would. I’m so grateful for her help, and I will absolutely be coming back for a genuine bracelet at the time! I recommend this place to everyone.
