First off I would like to state that your employee Eric will be the reason I will be coming back to you guy's. Any gold/ silver exchange that I have will be solidly through you all because of him. I was very unsure how this whole process works and he broke it down and explained it all too me step by step. The place is clean and well organized. The staff, mostly Hispanic women, jovial and well dressed. Such a contrast from the dumps to be found in the neighborhood with a similar business function. And thank you Claudia for your fast and clear handling of our situation. And to top it off, the price for our gold was the best we could find.
