Came in for my 30th birthday to get my first pair of diamond earrings. Katie H. and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. She was able to give great suggestions to get exactly what I wanted in my price range. I won't be shopping any where else for jewelry. The fact they had a playroom for my kids so I could shop was an unexpected and VERY welcomed surprise. The coffee bar was another unexpected surprise. I left feeling pampered and bejeweled. We highly recommend Carter’s Jewel Chest. We’ve been shopping there for over 30 years. The Jewel Chest has superior quality jewelry, watches, knives and gifts. They can do custom designed jewelry and custom engraving on just about anything. The Carter family are great to work with in designing custom wedding rings. They’ve been doing this a long time in Mountain Home. They take great care in their work. We won’t go anywhere else.
My husband and I have bought 4 beautiful pieces here and every interaction with staff has been fantastic! Their staff is very talented and knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond, Ricky is our go-to but everyone is great. They went above and beyond to make my wedding day feel that much more special, and I appreciate their kind gesture and will never forget it. (I won’t go into detail, but I don’t think any other place would have done this for us!) This was over a year ago and I still remember and appreciate them! We are a young newlywed couple and will continue with Carter’s in all of our future purchase's!
