Jody and Chelsie’s attention to detail are impeccable! They have always been my go to for all things jewelry. Jody has repaired my ring from welding the band together when I broke it, to fixing a broken prong ( I’m rough on my rings. ) I have had him resize an almost 100 year old ring and it looked like it had never been adjusted! Chelsie has always been so kind and would update me when things were ready to be picked up. Chelsie also helped me make a wish list for gifts to make gift buying for my husband an easy way to buy things I like. 10/10 service. The level of customer service I received from this company is 5 stars! Upon my initial visit I was looking for a gold anklet. Unfortunately, I was told they didn’t have what I looking for. So Chelsea asked me if I wanted to design it? She worked with me until we had the perfect piece for my budget.They ordered what we needed and they created the perfect anklet in store! Took my wife’s ring in to see if they could fix it after another jeweler had messed it up. Jody and Chelsie took care of it. He had nearly a day of work in the repair but it turned out phenomenal. They had found some other imperfections that they repaired while it was there as well. I feel their pricing was very fair as well. My wife was pretty nervous as it was an old ring with a story. I’m so pleased with the work they did for me! I’m really sentimental when it comes to my grandparents. I had a not real turquoise and silver ring of my Nanny’s and one setting broke off. I didn’t think it was fixable and I was heart broken. They figured out it was silver. They replaced a the three settings and put real turquoise that was an identical color to the fake ones. They also took a worn out gold plated ring and removed the stones and put some of them in another gold plated ring that had no stones in it.
