Despite the difficulties, Amber was so calm, humble, and understanding throughout the call, treating me like a valued customer. She could have hung up the phone at any time, but she stayed on, resulting in the call being resolved in a complete manner. A couple of days went by, and I went in today to pay and retrieve my merchandise. Amber greeted me with a warm embrace and a memorable quote: "Hey German! I remember speaking with you earlier this week." I expressed to her how much I appreciated the sentiment and thanked her for remembering me! Hence: I've been a customer for a little over a year at the Rodney Parham location and had never seen or met Amber until now.
