Baker’s Jewelry in Bryant, AR went above and beyond making my dream necklace!! It is BEYOND beautiful and more special and stunning than I thought it would be!! Customer service there is 1,000% top notch!!!

I came to Baker's by reputation to have my wedding ring repaired. They did an amazing job, my ring was beautiful. I dropped off another item for repair. While I was there, I treated myself to a beautiful tanzanite and diamond ring for my birthday. The staff was very patient until I found the perfect thing. I can't wait for their new store to open.

Thank you for making my ring look brand new. I have had this ring for 10 years, and only cleaned once, so it was a mess when I brought it in. Baker’s Fine Jewelry cleaned it to perfection. It had epoxy cement and no telling what else was caked on it. I wish I had a before and after photo. The cleaning that was done exceeded my expectations. They took their time and explained exactly what needed to be done. Bakers also educated me on the maintenance that needs to be done to keep my jewelry looking beautiful. The day I went in they were extremely busy, but they still spent an adequate amount of time to helping me. (We have never been blessed with someone taking the time to let us look at our items through a lens and educate us about our jewelry until we went to Bakers.) Bakers IS a trustworthy establishment to take your jewelry for cleaning, and they offer an elegant variety depending on your preference. I highly recommend them. Thanks again! I was nervous about going into Bakers Jewelry because I know absolutely nothing about Jewelry. When I entered the store, it was so welcoming. Every person I dealt with treated me with upmost respect, while patiently explaining everything I didn’t understand. They’ve created several special pieces for my family, including one for my sister using my mom’s diamond ring, a topaz necklace, and they helped me recreate my wedding ring (which no longer fit) into a necklace. After she put my new necklace on my neck she said, now it’s close to your heart. ❤️ Such a sweet and positive experience. Thank you to Bakers!

Allana was wonderful, as was the whole team at Baker’s. They have been our jewelers for over 20 years now. It’s a wonderful family business. They do extraordinary work and truly care about their customers. They listen well to what you need and want. Go see them at their current location on Office Park Drive. You can get a $100 card to use at their new location near Lowe’s when they move later this spring.

Everyone at Bakers was wonderful! They had an incredible selection of wedding bands, and were very patient when I tried every single one on. We had it soldered same day, and they let us watch, which was a very cool experience. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. So happy we found this place!
