Amanda helped us when we first bought our weddings rings. The experience was top notch and she met every promise made. We lost weight and our rings no longer fit properly. We were able to drop them off for resizing and my wife’s ring was done in a very timely fashion. My band had manufacturer’s coverage for size replacement. It took mine a little longer but I got a smaller ring at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Amanda was great both times. This is definitely our go to place to purchase quality jewelry with great customer service.

Went in to have my late father's ring worked on so that I may give it to my son. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Took the time to explain the value of the ring and not once did she try to up-sale me on a single thing. The price for two replacement stones and to glue them in was very responsible. Lisa and her team at Diamond Depot were absolutely phenomenal. I went in to get an engagement ring for my now fiancée, and had nothing in mind except for a vision. I showed Lisa an idea of what I wanted - and they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Customer service, marksmanship quality, turnaround time, and professionalism was a 11/10.
