They broke my PS5. This is my second review. The owner responds to every bad review with insults. He did nothing to try to make the situation right. He never interacted with me, even though he says he did. Before doing business, I would read the other bad reviews and see how the owner responds and how he insults every bad review.

Bought a couple of firearms here and they were helpful and friendly through the entire process. Shouts out to Naija and Juanetia 👌🏾

My experience with Wade’s Jewelry and Lawn in Tuscaloosa has been extremely concerning and raises serious legal and ethical issues. In January, I legally purchased two firearms through Palmetto State Armory, and the order was shipped to Wade’s for pickup. Over the last several months, I made multiple attempts to retrieve property that I lawfully own and fully paid for. Each attempt resulted in different explanations, delays, and unnecessary obstacles. During my most recent visit, I was assisted by a gentleman named Chad who then brought the manager, Drew, into the conversation. Drew stated that he was not comfortable releasing my property to me. I specifically asked him what business it was of his what I intended to do with my own legally purchased items. Instead of providing a clear or lawful explanation, he replied that he did not know what I was trying to do. That response was inappropriate, unprofessional, and entirely outside the scope of what is required during a legal firearms transfer. No lawful justification, documentation issue, or compliance concern was provided at any point. A manager’s personal discomfort is not a legal basis to withhold property that belongs to a customer who has completed all required procedures unless this is the standard applied to every customer. The lack of transparency, lack of consistency, and refusal to provide a lawful reason for withholding my property is unacceptable. At this point, either Palmetto or Wade’s needs to provide an immediate resolution. My property must be released in accordance with federal and state law or I must be issued a full refund without delay. The conduct displayed here reflects poorly on the ownership and raises questions about whether customers are being treated fairly and lawfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Wade’s Jewelry and Lawn.

I’ve spent Five or six Thousand dollars at Wade’s over the years, but today I’ve decided my business with them is done. I bought a Glock 23C from them for about $450 in pretty rough shape, back in 2017. I got it because it was cool and had some cool mods. Was looking to sell some of my guns as I’m only keeping 9 mm from here on out. I brought it back to them in the exact same shape that I got it in, and they told me they wouldn’t buy it because it was too rough. It’s literally the exact same shape that I got it in. I would’ve been fine if they had just offered me like 150 bucks, even in store credit. Just kind of wanted to get rid of it as we’re cleaning out the house. The fact that they wouldn’t cut me any sort of deal, after almost a decade of business with them is crazy to me. Heck while I was trying to sell that gun I was fixing to buy a brand new 308. They clearly would’ve made money on the deal. This is not the way they used to treat their customers, and I would’ve expected an establishment that I’ve patronized for years to have given me a little more consideration.
