THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE'S ETC...

I love it.

I just left uptown pawn. I’m very disappointed with their customer service. And I will never go back. Didn’t greet me when I walked in. Both of the men that work there didn’t have a nice disposition. They watched me as if I was about to steal something. The only bright side is that the lady in there was very courteous. Customer service is everything. Do better uptown pawn!

Went in with $700 to get car audio equipment and an installation. Left with $700 still in my pocket simply because the car audio guys ignored me. Not one person bothered to ask if I could be helped. Two of the gentlemen stood directly in front of the shelf space I was looking at behind the counter, not only blocking my view but they completely disregarded me standing there. Adding insult to injury, one of those gentlemen asked another customer, who walked up while I was still standing there, if he could help him. WTAF? If I I didn’t interact with other customers in the store, I would believe I was invisible. Horrible, horrible customer service.

They have pretty cool merchandise and decent prices but the staff is very rude and not very attentive except for the car radio guy. He's the only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 2. He is awesome!!! Very nice, attentive, informative and actually seems to care that you're there. Honestly he's the only reason I continue to go there.

Called ahead to inquire if they were giving loans on car stereo equipment. They insured me they were. Drove 20min in the rain to Phoenix City to get a much needed loan. Walked in and within seconds was told they're not giving loans for car stereo equipment. Needless to say I wasted my time and gas. Will give 2 stars bc they did seem to have a great selection of items.

The older lady was so sweet and nice to me.and she really love my ring that I had to get sized up
