Always a longline and constantly only 1 cashier with 30 people in line and self checkout has 3 managers just standing around hanging out. Why can’t a manager hop on a register instead of chatting with the others and not helping and yelling for team members to come help. Could easily sped things up if they simply weren’t lazy and wanted to do some work themselves

Been working with fire departments for 27 years often do inspections at businesses, drive through opelika Alabama and went into target and saw a concern with the entrance and exits of the store. It is not safe for this location to keep the buggies in the opposite direction they are tended to be at because the current set up is blocking the doors and people have to go around them to exit. Seen similar situations when an exit is blocked like this in case of emergency or fire people tend to storm to the door and this will only cause injury and possibly worst death in the event of an emergency. They need to fix this immediately for the safety of there customers and employees. Was not a great store compared to others I been to.

By far one of the worst stores in the city. Management is very rude not only to there employees but to the Customers as well. Past few times I’ve been in the store lines will be backed up as always and there will be multiple managers at the checkout just standing on there phone texting or just talking to each other after they get on walkie asking people to come up and yelling and being very disrespectful to young ladies who work there. Doesn’t make sense with them standing around they could have checked us out much faster! His name is Trent he was very rude and unprofessional if this is who target thinks is a leader I can’t imagine what the others are like. Not to mention he was sagging his pants and I over heard him talking to the other manager Terrance talking bad and cussing a storm about an employee!! Most unprofessional management I have seen. The cashiers were very nice and the young lady in Starbucks who came over to check me out was very kind and accommodating for the trouble and long lines. Do better target. Store has gone downhill past year. Won’t be back!

Really liked meeting Mita. She always has a smile on her face and very pleasant to talk to. I was looking for some tattoo balm and on her way to getting an order, she stopped and helped me. Went out her way , very super

This Target has gone downhill. The store is constantly a mess and Bullseye is never stocked. Grocery items are often inaccurate, missing or expired , so I always have to double check availability before shopping. Drive Up also takes forever. On top of that, there were multiple team members just standing around talking and not really doing anything while the store looked like it clearly needed attention, and leaders will literally be standing there watching the lines get long and not even step in to help. Also, the cart situation is honestly ridiculous. The carts are turned sideways and stacked in a way that causes a major backup at the front of the store. It ends up blocking the exit and makes it hard for guests to get through, especially when it’s busy. Overall, this store is giving Walmart… and not in a good way.

I had such a great experience at the Starbucks inside Target! The baristas were super friendly, fast, and actually paid attention to the details of my order. Even with the store being busy, they kept everything clean and organized, and my drink came out perfect. The whole vibe was really welcoming, and you can tell the staff really cares about customer service. Definitely my new favorite stop whenever I’m in Target! 🌟☕️🛒
