Rude and not helpful. If I was you I'd try somewhere else

I went into Stacey Jewelry store just before Christmas 2022. I was wanting to leave a ring for some repairs. I was already aware that it would take a while to repair and that it may even have to be sent off to somewhere else. However, the bleached blonde lady there would not even talk to me about repairs… said I would have to come back another time. She was very rude, unprofessional, and a total *itch. I will never go back into that store, and I would NOT recommend her business to no one. It was totally uncalled for. That particular day, if you weren’t buying something… Your business was not wanted. There is not a low enough rating to give this business.

Always a great experience.. Never a wait and repairs are always 👌🏻. I drop by to have a new battery in my wife’s watch earlier .. in/out within 20 minutes, watch ticking away again.

Very rude. Refused to repair a ring. Said that they just did not want to. Go anywhere but here.

Purchased a 1200$ necklace got home and it was scratching my neck took it back the ladies were amazing but told me nothing was wrong it was good after i left it with them a few days i said 1200$ and its really cutting my neck but with a magnifying glass you cant see this!

Called ahead of time to ask about getting a diamond put back in a ring. Was told on the phone it could be done same day. When we arrived service was denied. When asked why lady said it was simply because she did not want to. This was the second time I have been told to come back in two weeks for any kind of service. They are rude. Don’t waste your time.
