They are always helpful most of the time and have a lot of different things to shop for and will even work with you on some of the prices. Now besides the guy with the girl ponytail that never takes anything someone tries to get a loan on,is the only downfall I see. I needed a loan on some good stuff that anyone else there would of taken but 6 times at night I went up there and he was there to say no every single time. And would leave or lock door with people waiting outside 30 minutes before closing time. U can play with your Barbies later and watch full house when work is over. At the moment I don’t have a car, and I’ve been trying to make a payment on an item that I’ve pawned a while back and every time the operator will answer the phone and put me on hold and never come back. If you hang up then the phone will not ring anymore if you call again because they leave it off the hook. If you pawn something of importance this is not the right place to go. Was pleased my first visit since then I haven't been impressed by the value they give you or the attitudes towards selling high dollars items to them. Apparently they don't like returning customers. Feels that way in my opinion. Didn't appreciate the managers attitude and uncomfortable undermining employees in front of a customer. An awesome bunch of people. I personally don’t pawn anything so I can’t give a review on that but as far as buying guns, ammo, and basically anything these guys are amazing. Very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. I’ve purchased several guns from them and just recently used them as my FFL and they handled everything including storing my rifle until I was available to pick it up. They are so easy to deal with, they follow the law, as a good FFL should, and they work with you on your schedule to get the sale and make another happy customer.
