I would give 17 out of 5 stars but I can't. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring staff. If I tried to list all the positive experiences I've had here and the amount of times they have went above and beyond my expectations, it would be enough for a book. I customize and work on guitars myself but I still will bring some projects to them, not because I can't perform the task required but because of the quality, affordability, and speed of their service. I also have to mention that it's not just about making money to them, they take pride in what they do and will be honest with you even if that means that they make less money off of you. They have saved me money multiple times when they didn't have to and on a particular occasion I went to them to have pickups swapped in a guitar. I brought in the guitar with the pickups I wanted in it and left it with them to work on. They called me shortly after to inform me that one of the pickups I brought wasn't as strong as it should have been, which was a result of the wrong pickup being shipped to me without my realization as they look identical. They could have just done what I asked for and charged me for it but they cared more about my guitar's performance than the money. I have to stop now though because I could go on and on.

Real good service and really good convenience. I been grateful for him being right here close when I needed something right then play a gig vs. going to Huntsville or Chattanooga.

Brought my son to buy a guitar for his 17th birthday and was rudely ran out of the store by what I am assuming is the owner for him wanting to try out guitars. We hadn't been there in months and won't be back. The man accused him of coming the day before and trying "every guitar in the store", when we haven't been there in months, probably longer. Never been treated so poorly when trying to shop.

I had a great experience with Patterson's Music & Jewelry! I needed a replacement wedding band, and they made the entire process simple and stress-free. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick with helping me find the perfect ring. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I brought my guitar to Dan for a full setup, and his work is exceptional. He dialed in the neck relief, lowered the saddle just right, and balanced everything so the guitar plays clean across the entire fretboard. Strings feel smooth and responsive now, and there’s zero buzz even when I strum hard. Dan’s craftsmanship and precision are the real deal. I couldn't recommend him any higher for not only his service but the best demeanor I've ever seen in a gutair shop. If I lived around Narezeth PA, I'd still have him work my gutair.
