Mr. Kirkland has superior jewelry knowledge and expertise. He personally adjusted my inticate watchband, thereby preventing sending it to an out of state location. I've been purchasing jewelry for 40+ years and never had better service. Highly recommend!
Still new to Kirkland but thought I should give credit where it is due. When I met Mr. Ken he was patient and listened to my questions. Mr. Ken answered my questions attentively and treated me with genuine respect. So far I would recommend them to anyone in need of a jeweler. They offer in house jewelry service which is amazing and all of their prices never seen gouged or jacked up. Feels like they have the best interest for their customers. I also spoke with Mrs. Victoria she knows her way around jewelry and is very well spoken on all the subjects needed in her scope of practice, so I would recommend her to anyone as well. Looking forward to being a repeat customer for them.
Let me start by saying they are really nice folks here! Unfortunately, I brought in my watch for a battery change and they scratched the case up quite a bit. It isn't a very high end watch (fortunately) but it does have quite a bit of sentimental value to me. In all fairness this is primarily a jewelry store vs a repair place, but I would be very hesitant to bring my high end jewelry here for servicing based on the level of care and craftsmanship I experienced...
