Do not sell anything to thin to old man is rude and not worth the trouble or effort to sell anything to them at all I will never come here again
Love this store great staff always helping an welcoming an BIG SMILES always my boy's love going here because the staff helps them find Xbox One games an my kids love it. Very nice an nice things an they are TRUTHFUL.
Do not go to sell precious metals as they either don’t know how to check or they are trying to scam you. I went to sell a small amount of silver which they claimed was spray painted and fake yet they were willing to pay me for the 1 oz they tested (red flag). Took the rest to Birmingham Gold Refinery and they showed me it was real and were concerned that someone would pay for fake silver. Was disappointed but most of all concerned about the lack of integrity.
Old man was extremely rude and arrogant.Absolutely terrible experience , I’ve never had a man try to belittle me by asking a genuine question about the item I brought in. Will never return or recommend this place. First impressions go along way and apparently no matter how nice you are some people get kicks out of making you feel bad! Lady was nice. Do not ever go here unless you want your day ruined for no reason!
We buy lots of guns from Jim's and other stuff of course and they make good deals on things here love buying from Jim's
Very unfriendly about assisting a customer by just walking off when you are making a decision so I just walked out with out buying anything . They lost money 💰
