Terrible customer service in getting checked out. Slow and deliberate in walking over to the checkout counter. In fact, she stopped and had a few non-work related words with a fellow employee just 15 steps before getting to the register and checking me out. Two days ago I went to buy new jeans since I've lost weight. All the jeans sat low on the waist. I bought 2 pair and brought them home. I'm 74 and need jeans that do not sit low on waist. There was absolutely no one around to help. Went to Sephora to look for Gravite cologne. All I saw was cameras and BEEPING in that section, no prices on cologne and again no one in section. Maybe it was the time of day I went on a Saturday but there were very few customers, customer service counter was closed. Could only find 1 check out open in the entire store BUT!- the 2 ladies on the 2 registers were super fast, customer oriented, professional and efficient. The demeanor and efficiency of the one helping me smoothed away any irritation I had about not finding help on the floor. She moved the store experience from 2 stars to 4 stars.
