I'm sure they're great to people who can give them plenty of guns or high dollar jewlery, but if you go in there in need of some cash to help you through the next couple of weeks while providing a generous assortment of real but less than spectacular quality jewlery, then they just say they don't care and stare you down like some kind of peasant. My wife and I went in to purchase 2 firearms and a few attachments and were 100% pleased with the help and service provided! I even changed my mind and returned 1 of the firearms and ordered another one I liked more and they had no issues doing so! Both the owner and his son were ever helpful!
