Practically ran me outta the store

Great prices on guns! My favorite firearm dealer in the city! Their prices are often below msrp and have a wonderful selection would give 5 stars but the older man is very rude and disrespectful and only wants to talk politics!

If I could give a negative star I would. I live far enough away from anywhere that I went ahead and called ahead of time before going in. Spoke with someone over the phone about selling some stuff, and before I could finish explaining what I had he snapped at me to bring the items in to look at. Repeating this every time I asked about an item, I finally assumed they would let me sell the items in store. I drove all the way to the shop and didnt make it ten feet into the store with my items before I was snapped at that they didnt accept anything I had to sell. The guy wouldn't even let me explain that the man on the phone told me I could bring them in to be sold. So now I'm out of money and wasted gas to drive down there when I originally called to avoid this. Will not be going back.

We love supporting local businesses, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any local business. As soon as you walk in, you can see just how low the bar is for customer service. The man was so unprofessional and condescending while his wife stared critically like she had never seen a customer before. You can tell that these are not the people who started this business and kept it going for so long. Not sure how long they will continue to stay in business without Jesus and a crash course in Business 101.

Stopped here today while traveling through the area. My hubby went in to browse the gun selection. He came back out within 3 minutes because he said he had never been to a pawn shop that was so overpriced. My husband is a gun collector, and is very familiar with gun prices in various areas of the US....he has lived in several different states and has bought, sold and traded firearms in all of them. We frequently stop at Gun and Pawn shops while traveling to see what is available. For him to say that this little shop in this small town is one of the most expensive he's ever seen was astonishing. He did say there were lots of guns to choose from......but he thought it was because they may not be selling very many due to the prices. We will look elsewhere next time.

Horrible place of business and very unethical! They had taken in stolen property and upon calling to inquire about jewelry a lady told us they were not there and had already been sent off. Then upon speaking to lady hours later on same day she told police the pieces that were stolen had not been sent off yet!?!? Instead of doing what is ethically right and by law they should have returned said property instead of acting as if the business would take such a great loss if they did hand them to rightful owner. I will be contacting state banking department and CFPB letting them know what has happened nor is this company trying to make it right which by law is their LEGAL OBLIGATION!!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS! You will be hearing from my lawyer!
