When someone sells to them, they reverse the buying and selling price and reduce the price by about 10 dirhams per gram. Besides that, there's no cashback, and they even reduce the price by 10 dirhams per gram compared to the screen price. It's a blatant scam.— Nourhan Ghazaly, Dec 2025

I visited them today, firstly there is no clear signs how to access the shop. Secondly when we entered the shops lights was turned off and we were instructed to be seated until someone comes and show us the products, unfortunately after almost 10 mins no one of the staff cared to talk or entertain us so we simply left the shop.
